POCO POCO Villa is located in Blue Bay Village at the heart of Blue Bay Golf and Beach Resort. It is perfectly located for your vacation just 400m from Blue Bay Beach over looking the village's large swimming pool and hole #18 of the Blue Bay Golf course. The image above shows the location of the village in relation to the cool blue waters of Blue Bay Beach - the collection of terracotta roofs in the centre of the image make up the village.
The floor plan above shows the basic layout of POCO POCO Villa. Entering at the left the entrance corridor leads to a large open plan lounge (blue) and fully equipped kitchen (green). The bedrooms (yellow) can be accessed from the lounge and entrance corridor. The master bedroom has a double ensuite bathroom (red). The second bathroom can be accessed from both the second bedroom and the entrance corridor. The guest toilet and third bedroom are also accessed from the entrance corridor. The large outside decking (orange) can be accessed through the lounge. Large sliding doors give access to a dining suite, two sun loungers, an outdoor lounge suite and a hammock. The decking provides a great outdoor living space.
The large open plan lounge features two sofas and a large television with international television channels and on demand movies and TV series. The large sliding doors can be opened wide to bring the outside decking space into the lounge. This open living style and large ceiling fan allow the building to be kept at a comfortable temperature throughout the day and night. The lounge is separated from the kitchen by a long bar with stools which is great for social cooking or breakfast.
The whole property is covered by wireless internet connectivity which even extends down to the side of the swimming pool.
The Villa is on the ground floor of a duplex design as shown in the image above. This provides step free access to the accomodation.
The bedrooms at POCO POCO Villa are fully air conditioned and can accomodate up to 6 people.
The master bedroom, pictured above, has a queen size bed and features a wall mounted television and a double en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom, pictured below, is a twin room and has direct access to the second bathroom. The third bedroom, a twin room, is located across the entrance corridor from the second bathroom and adjacent to the guest toilet.
Should you wish to eat in, the kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to self cater for up to six people. There is a four ring hob and a combination oven for all your cooking needs. After dinner is taken care of by the dishwasher, leaving you free to relax with another drink from the a large fridge freezer.
